This qualification is for experienced senior managers who have the knowledge and skills required to manage and run multiple project sites or processes and meet contractual obligations in the workplace ensuring all quality health and safety and time scale remain in line with the build programme efficiently and accurately.

To get this NVQ you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Controlling projects
• Manage projects processes
• Manage teams
• Lead and manage meetings

You MUST be a Manager in one of the following areas:

• Building and Civil Engineering
• Highways and Maintenance Repair
• Residential Development

There are two pathways in this qualification: production and commercial. This qualification recognises the knowledge, skills and competence of experienced and senior site managers, project managers, contracts managers, construction directors and many more roles.
